Georgina's Official Bio
Georgina is a qualified sports and exercise nutrition coach 
(Precision Nutrition L1) and certified personal trainer (NSCA-CPT).

Before becoming a coach Georgina studied Dance Theatre at The University Of The Arts London. 
After graduating Georgina spent 3 years travelling the world in which time Georgina lived in New Zealand and Thailand. 

It was in Thailand where Georgina's passion for health and fitness grew. Georgina was coached and inspired by high level Strength & Conditioning coaches, Professional CrossFit Athletes and Muay Thai trainers. In Thailand Georgina also discovered the benefits of Meditation, after attending guided meditation sessions at the
 Phuket Meditation Centre.

Georgina is currently taking an introductory course -
 'Psychotheraphy Today' at the British Psychotherapy Foundation. 

Georgina created UDOU to share her all of her experience and professional training in nutrition, training and mindset.

This may sound like a challenge, but with all this momentum behind you repairing your body and restoring natural energy (what’s the aim) suddenly becomes a whole lot easier.
